I would definitely recommend Millcreek Homes to anyone. The process from start to finish was quick and smooth. From the inception of drawing up plans and modifying custom items to adding items as we were building, was flawless (and there were a few). Jake was such a professional throughout the process. We had a few items that needed to be finished after we closed, which were done quickly. Within the first year, we had some items (like popped nails) that were fixed quickly. Even today, 4 years later, if I have a question, Jake will responded quickly. When I am ready to retire and build my small retirement home, I will use Milcreek Homes!

Nate Ulrich is an amazing agent to work with. We have our business out in West Jordan and we were only available on Sunday's. He showed us the model home on Sunday and provided us with so much help and information. I would definitely recommend Millcreek, especially for first time buyers. Most of their standard features are "extra/upgrades" compared to other companies. They also include a third car garage!!
